Position Overview: 

 

The Bear Trap Ranch Summer Staff Program is a unique opportunity to live, work, and grow in a Christ-centered community. As a summer staffer, you'll serve alongside others in a setting that emphasizes spiritual growth, mentorship, and Christlike influence—both with guests and fellow team members. You'll also have regular opportunities to study the Bible, build meaningful friendships, and grow deeper in your faith.

Depending on your interests and skills, you can request to serve in areas like food service, maintenance, housekeeping, or mountaineering—with opportunities to cross-train and gain experience in multiple areas.

Details:

  • Food and housing are provided alongside a monthly stipend

Administrator


Job Title: Administrator
Location: Manna Church
Reports to: Executive Leadership Team
Hours: 32 hours per week, Monday-Thursday


Position Overview: Manna Church is seeking a highly organized, compassionate, and self-motivated individual to fill the role of Administrator. The Administrator will play a pivotal role in the daily operations of the church, providing leadership and oversight in three key areas: guest and member assimilation, financial team support, and administration. This individual will ensure that Manna Church operates smoothly and effectively as it grows in both reach and impact, helping to foster an environment where every guest, member, and team feels valued, informed, and connected.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Guest & Member Assimilation:

  • Oversee and manage the process of engaging and integrating new guests into the Manna Church community.
  • Coordinate first-time guest follow-up process.
  • Create and implement systems to help new guests transition into regular attendance, church engagement, and membership.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for guests and members, answering questions and offering guidance to ensure a welcoming experience.

 

2. Finance Support:

  • Assist with processing donations and overseeing the preparation of financial reports.
  • Support the leadership team in budgeting, financial planning, and overseeing the spending of church resources.
  • Help ensure financial transparency and compliance with church financial policies, handling confidential information with integrity.

 

3. Other:

  • Provide administrative support to the Lead Pastor
  • Support Internal and External Communication
  • Help Plan Special Events for the Church and SERVE Team

 

Qualifications:

  • A deep love for Jesus, the church, and a passion for serving the body of Christ.
  • Having the spiritual gift of administration is favorable.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong aptitude for using digital platforms and church management software.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to think creatively and work independently.
  • A heart for hospitality and helping others feel welcomed, valued, and supported.
