Position Overview:
The Bear Trap Ranch Summer Staff Program is a unique opportunity to live, work, and grow in a Christ-centered community. As a summer staffer, you'll serve alongside others in a setting that emphasizes spiritual growth, mentorship, and Christlike influence—both with guests and fellow team members. You'll also have regular opportunities to study the Bible, build meaningful friendships, and grow deeper in your faith.
Depending on your interests and skills, you can request to serve in areas like food service, maintenance, housekeeping, or mountaineering—with opportunities to cross-train and gain experience in multiple areas.

Food and housing are provided alongside a monthly stipend
We’re looking for 10 summer staff to serve from mid/late May through early August
We’re also seeking 3 interns to commit to 7–9 months, starting in April or May

Position Overview: Manna Church is seeking a highly organized, compassionate, and self-motivated individual to fill the role of Administrator. The Administrator will play a pivotal role in the daily operations of the church, providing leadership and oversight in three key areas: guest and member assimilation, financial team support, and administration. This individual will ensure that Manna Church operates smoothly and effectively as it grows in both reach and impact, helping to foster an environment where every guest, member, and team feels valued, informed, and connected.
